See the projects your competitors can't.
PEontology is a data and intelligence system built by Eric Quidort and owned by Quidort Investments LLC. It's licensed to Red Door Marketing Co. and to Triumph Atlantic — and now available to a small set of mid-market industrial contractors outside the Triumph portfolio. It identifies distressed projects, maps untapped facilities, and surfaces the decision-makers your team should be talking to — before your competitors are.
Built for a PE firm. Hardened in portfolio operations.
PEontology was created by Eric Quidort and is owned by Quidort Investments LLC, his investment holding company. It is licensed to Red Door Marketing Co. (used to support Red Door's clients) and to Triumph Atlantic (used across Triumph's PE construction portfolio).
The system ingests permits, contracts, project schedules, and corporate-facility relationships, scores them with Claude, and surfaces actionable opportunity lists. It runs in production for Triumph Atlantic's portfolio companies — Byers Industrial, Myers Industrial Services, Guercio Energy Group, and others — and is now being opened to a small set of non-portfolio mid-market industrial contractors.
Red Door Marketing Co. does not own PEontology. Triumph Atlantic does not own PEontology. Both license the system from Quidort Investments LLC.
Three offerings, one data layer.
Pick the angle that fits your team's priority. Or stack all three — most clients do, because the same underlying PEontology data feeds each one.
Find the projects competitors can't see.
We surface construction projects showing distress signals — slippage, budget overruns, scope changes, contractor turnover — that have a high success rate of converting into T&M and quick-turnaround opportunities. You get specific, named projects in your geography, with the why behind each flag.
- Named projects flagged in your service area
- Distress signal explained per project
- Ranked by likelihood of T&M conversion
- Refreshed monthly — always current pipeline
Email project managers and plant managers directly.
We identify and outreach the project managers and plant managers at the specific facilities you want to win — not the procurement gatekeepers. Targeted, sequenced email campaigns built around facility-level intent data, run as a managed service.
- Identify named PM / Plant Manager contacts
- Per-facility targeted sequences
- Done-for-you outreach + reply handling
- Reply rate benchmarks shared monthly
Untapped facilities your existing clients already own.
Most of your clients have facilities in states you've never bid in. We map every facility your current client list operates — across all states — and identify the contacts and entry points your team should be working. New revenue from accounts you already trust.
- Full facility map per existing client
- Decision-makers identified at each location
- Warm-intro pathways from corporate to local
- Prioritized by state-level project density
