Stable Works — tri-state construction at a higher standard.

Stable Works delivers residential and commercial construction across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware — homes, additions, retail buildouts, and light commercial projects. As a Triumph Atlantic portfolio company, Red Door Marketing Co. built the website and lead-generation engine. PEontology, licensed from Quidort Investments LLC, provides tri-state market intelligence: project-pipeline density, competitor coverage, and high-value commercial opportunities surfaced before competitors see them.

Residential and commercial construction — homes, additions, retail and restaurant buildouts, light commercial, multi-family.

Family

Triumph Atlantic portfolio company. Tri-state regional GC with both residential homeowner work and commercial buildouts.

Buyers

Homeowners (residential side), property managers, commercial tenants, and small business owners (commercial side). Two distinct buyer flows.

PEontology

Licensed via Triumph Atlantic. Tri-state permit + project pipeline intelligence + competitor coverage analysis.

The Challenge

What needed solving.

01

Two buyer types, one brand

Residential homeowners and commercial property managers shop for contractors very differently. The old site treated them as one audience — losing both. Homeowners wanted reviews and pricing transparency; commercial buyers wanted capability statements and project portfolios.

02

Tri-state coverage was unclear

Stable Works covers NJ, PA, and DE — three different markets with different building codes, permit processes, and local SEO landscapes. The old site didn't have city-level pages, didn't rank in any of the three states' major markets, and didn't communicate the geographic reach.

03

Lead flow was reactive

Stable Works was relying almost entirely on referrals and a small Google presence. There was no proactive lead engine — when project flow slowed, there was no inbound pipeline to lean on. Feast-or-famine cycles.

04

Commercial pipeline visibility was zero

The most valuable commercial buildout opportunities (new retail tenant, restaurant relocation, property manager portfolio expansion) were being announced through permits and CRE channels Stable Works wasn't watching. Competitors were seeing the work first.

05

Brand felt regional, not regional-leader

Stable Works' work quality was on par with the strongest contractors in the tri-state, but the brand presence was generic. The brand didn't communicate the standards-led approach, the credentialing rigor, or the project portfolio depth.

What Red Door Delivered

A dual-audience website + a tri-state lead engine + a commercial pipeline that doesn't sleep.

01

Conversion-Built Website

Dual-audience design with separate flows for residential homeowner buyers and commercial property managers. Portfolio led, reviews-anchored, financing options surfaced, prominent service-area markers across NJ/PA/DE.

02

Local SEO at City Level

City-level service pages targeting every town in their tri-state coverage. Each page tuned for the local market, ranking for residential + commercial intent queries homeowners and property managers actually search.

03

Lead-Gen Program

Google Ads, LSA (where applicable), and managed inbound capture, with conversion tracking on every CTA and call-tracking on every phone line. Continuous A/B optimization.

04

Brand & Standards Positioning

Tightened brand voice and visual system to communicate standards-led discipline — credentialed crews, written warranties, transparent estimates. Designed to win on trust, not price.

05

Commercial BD Tooling

Capability statements, project portfolio for commercial buildouts, and a sales-enablement toolkit for the commercial sales team. Same-day turnaround on commercial RFPs.

06

PEontology Pipeline Intel

Monthly tri-state permit + project pipeline reports. Competitor coverage maps. High-density opportunity zones identified for marketing-spend reallocation.
