How PEontology was created to benefit the Triumph Atlantic family.
Eric Quidort founded Quidort Investments LLC and created PEontology — a data and intelligence system designed specifically to give the Triumph Atlantic family of construction operating companies a structural advantage over competitors of any size. This is how it came together — and how it now runs across every company in the portfolio.

One owner. Two operating beneficiaries.
PEontology is the IP asset. Triumph Atlantic and Red Door Marketing Co. are the operating arms that put it to work. Eric Quidort founded all three.
Quidort Investments LLC
Eric Quidort's investment holding company. Owns PEontology. Sets license terms, controls roadmap, holds the IP.
Triumph Atlantic
The PE firm. Licenses PEontology and pushes it into every portfolio operating company. Each operating company licenses through Triumph.
Red Door Marketing Co.
The marketing agency. Licenses PEontology and operationalizes it — running websites, outreach, and demand-gen for every Triumph portfolio company plus outside Red Door clients.
Five steps from recognition to operating asset.
The recognition
Eric Quidort, founder of Triumph Atlantic, recognized that the operating companies in the portfolio were sourcing pipeline almost entirely through relationships and referrals. Project intelligence was reactive — the portfolio learned about distressed jobs only after competitors had already been called in.
The decision
Building the intelligence layer inside any single operating company would silo it. Buying it from a vendor would compromise the data moat. The right structure was a third entity — a holding-company-owned IP asset that all portfolio operating companies could license at favorable terms, with control retained at the family level.
The build
Quidort Investments LLC commissioned and now owns PEontology — a data and intelligence system that ingests permits, contracts, project schedules, corporate-facility relationships, and operating-company CRM data, scores them with Claude, and surfaces actionable opportunity lists per portfolio company.
The deployment
Each Triumph Atlantic portfolio company licenses PEontology from Quidort Investments LLC. Red Door Marketing Co. — also licensed — is the operational arm that runs the websites, marketing, and managed outreach programs that turn PEontology data into booked meetings, RFPs, and won projects.
The expansion
Once proven across the Triumph family, PEontology is now selectively licensed to non-portfolio mid-market industrial firms that fit the profile — generating a new revenue line for Quidort Investments LLC while expanding the underlying data network that benefits every licensee.
Four pillars, applied across every portfolio company.
The same data layer powers every operating company in the Triumph family. Each pillar gets adapted to that company's sector, geography, and capability.
Distressed Project Identification
Surface construction projects showing distress signals — slippage, scope changes, contractor turnover — that have a high success rate of converting into T&M revenue. Specific to each portfolio company's geography and capability.
Decision-Maker Outreach Mapping
Identify named project managers, plant managers, and clinical/facility leads at the specific facilities each portfolio company wants to work at. Targeted intelligence, not procurement-gatekeeper noise.
Multi-State Account Expansion
Map every facility a portfolio company's existing clients operate across all states. Identify the local decision-makers. Surface the warm-intro pathways to sites the company has never bid in.
Cross-Portfolio Visibility
Triumph Atlantic leadership sees opportunity flow across all portfolio companies in one view — informing capital allocation, add-on acquisitions, and where to direct shared services support.
Six operating companies, one intelligence layer.
Every Triumph Atlantic portfolio company licenses PEontology and uses it for sector-specific opportunity surfacing. Red Door delivers the operational work for each. Click any company to read its case study.
